Where to start?
Let’s start with this question – how can you make sure you’re delivering the lesson in a way that will meet the learning objectives for all learners? You’re here to learn exactly that. You’re here to learn about how to read a lesson plan, how to deliver it with fidelity (in the way it was designed to be delivered), and to make sure you’re delivering it in a way that meet your learners where they’re at.
It sounds like a lot.
You’ve got this. As we have through every step of this program, we’ll equip you to work with the information you need. We’ll dig into the anatomy of a lesson plan, how to ensure you understand and stay true to the lesson’s learning outcomes, and responsive to the needs of your learners.
Where to start, you ask?
Right here. After this training you’ll be able to:
- Develop effective Enduring Understandings(EU) and Essential Questions (EQs)
- Assess if a lesson will meet the EU and EQs
- Apply Bloom’s Taxonomy to guide creation of meaningful lesson content or adaptations
- Make lesson adaptations while maintaining fidelity
- Make lesson plan adaptations for specific audience types
- Help learners self-regulate their emotions and behaviors in the classroom
